Madeline Weinrib is one of my absolute favorite textile designers. I just adore her globally influenced collections which are full of ethnic prints and patterns in fresh, vibrant color palettes. Interior designer Laura Kirar likes to describe her interiors as curated rather than designed. Her work is always tailored to her clients, incorporating their tastes and functional needs with her own vision to create spaces that are thoroughly modern yet utterly timeless. In each of her projects, attention to detail is paramount and the use of luxurious materials and elegant furnishings reflect her refined eye which has been cultivated through her love of collecting, her passion for art and her extensive travels. This holiday season, Kirar’s travel plans include heading home to Chicago to visit family and then to Mexico …
