Thursday night I attended the opening night party for Housing Works’ annual Design on a Dime fundraiser. Each year, Housing Works enlists some of the top names in interior design to create spectacular room vignettes with donated, brand new luxury home furnishings which are sold at 50-80% off retail to benefit Housing Works’ charitable programs for homeless and low-income people living with HIV and AIDS in New York City. Sorry I’ve been MIA! Work and life have been crazy! I spent 5 days in LA last week for work so I thought I’d give you a little recap of all of the design related stories from my trip…good and bad. Let’s start with one of my favorite hotels, The Chamberlain West Hollywood.
