Anyone who has ever lived in New York knows that the city can get overwhelming pretty quickly. This is the exact reason why those New Yorkers who are fortunate enough to maintain dual residences, have a country home where they escape to every weekend in order to preserve their sanity. During my recent trip to Chicago I made sure to stop by one of my favorite area shops, Jayson Home & Garden. I also snapped some photos of the store to share with you. I spent most of last week in Chicago for work. Chicago is one of my all-time favorite cities…I absolutely love it there. I went to college there and it’s not too far from where I grew up in Michigan so it’s like my second home. And during my visit the weather was absolutely perfect.
