I was doing some online shopping over the weekend and discovered that Wisteria has some amazing new items available just in time for spring! The rooms pictured above and below show off many of their newest home furnishings and accessories. I especially love the room above. It’s so my style… a lovely mixing of traditional and ethnic inspired pieces that manage to give off a very modern feel. I really love the indigo blue color featured here as well. I’ve been wanting to inject some color into my apartment’s mostly neutral palette and this room just might be my inspiration …

I came across this photo of Nate Berkus and Brian Atwood earlier today. What a hot couple! The Interior designer extraordinaire/Oprah show darling and the talented footwear designer/Bally Creative Director have been an item for the past year. This photo was taken on March 6th at the Bally store on Madison Ave in New York where the pair was celebrating the arrival of Atwood’s first spring collection for Bally. They look like a match made in design heaven!…

When I was in LA last week I got to sneak away from work for a bit to hit up LA’s design district and browse some of the amazing antique stores and showrooms scattered up and down La Cienega. One of the showrooms on my must-visit list was Woodson & Rummerfield’s House of Design. I love Ron Woodson & Jaime Rummerfield’s design aesthetic. Their signature style combines California modern with old Hollywood vintage to create a look they’ve dubbed “Modage“. I’ve seen many different incarnations of their ever-changing showroom in pictures, as I’m sure many of you have, but …

Today felt like the worst day ever. I think I’m going to just curl up on my couch and sulk tonight but tomorrow I plan to go out and buy some beautiful flowers for my apartment to cheer myself up. Something like this lovely arrangement from Opalia in Brooklyn should do the trick. This would look great on my coffee table and I can stare at them while I’m curled up on my couch sulking again tomorrow night. Sigh!…

Fall 2008 show season has officially ended and since I previously recapped some of the chicest fashion show goers captured by The Sartorialist during New York Fashion Week, I thought I’d do the same for the Milan and Paris shows as well. Enjoy!

This is Nylon magazine’s Fashion Director Dani Stahl. (In Milan on the left and Paris on the right) She’s has such a cool, downtown style.  Dani is also designs an AMAZING collection of jewelry for Lia Sophia. I have one of her rings from her first line and it’s one of my favorite jewelry items.

The Chamberlain Hotel’s Exterior

I’m heading to LA tomorrow for work and am psyched to be staying at another one of my favorite hotels…The Chamberlain in West Hollywood. You must know that I’m admittedly a bit of a hotel snob. I love to stay in hotels with gorgeous interiors, a great restaurant and, if it’s in a warm weather locale, it has to have an amazing pool. I also really appreciate a quiet, low-key ambiance. I hate to stay in a hotel that’s so hip and cool you feel like you’re in a nightclub. Fortunately, The Chamberlain encompasses everything …
